We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states. Orders are processed and shipped from our Chanhassen location within one to two business days of payment. Transit times are provided by USPS and vary with package destination. There is a flat shipping rate of $7 for orders under $100 and free shipping for orders over $100. All orders are shipped with insurance and with tracking information. 

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can arrange a refund with the carrier. B. 78 is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

Free in-store pickup is available at our Chanhassen location during shop hours. We will contact you via phone or email to let you know when your item(s) are ready for pickup. All in-store pickup orders must be picked up within 5 days of ordering and the order confirmation code must be presented.


We gladly offer returns for full-priced items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that they are unworn in their original condition with all original labels and tags attached. Your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. If free shipping was received on your order, a shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you process a return and place a new order for the new item. Final sale items may not be returned for any reason. 

To return your item(s):

  1. Send an email to within 7 days of your delivery date to obtain return authorization. Please include your name, order number, the item that you are returning, and the reason for the return.
  2. To return your item by mail, package your items securely with the invoice included and ship the parcel back to us using your preferred shipping service.
  3. To return your item in the store, please include the invoice and the return will be processed by our online operations team (not in store) within one to three business days. 

Upon inspection of the returned items, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days. We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our returns standards. By purchasing from, you agree to these terms and conditions.
